Support & control of the Launch process:
- Support in tracking component approval
- Realisation / Support of sample provision (EMPB, IMDS, coordination, laboratory tests, …)
- Support with installation testing and documentation of improvement potential
- Coordination of supplier reviews and visits
- Process approval at suppliers (implementation of run@rate / 2-day production)
- Risk assessment (if necessary support with the implementation of concepts for safety measures)
- Pilot production support (ordering and tracking of first samples and prototypes)
- Tracking of supplier improvement programs
- Control and realisation of required technical changes
- Control of project milestones
- Support / Implementation of project management
- Subcontractor management coordination / progress control
- Organisation of a Task Force Team for the Launch Phase (rapid deployment team)
